That's the prompt this week over at Jingle Belles choosen by Rose , so your Christmas card has to have something to do with home whether past or present. I choose my childhood home at Christmas, there was me,my sister and brother , we may not have had lots of money but Mom and Dad always made sure their children never went without.Every Christmas they would fill our stockings with things we wanted, hence the three stockings on the card and we always had the old tradition of an orange and some nuts !!! We would all pile onto their bed Christmas morning full of excitement, opening all our presents from the stocking then go downstairs and they'd be even more presents under the tree, we we're very lucky children.
I used some Cosmo Cricket papers and the Peace,Love and Joy stamp is from Stampin'Up.
Thanks for stopping by.

snap! I used CC papers too! This is so sweet and all the more sweet after reading your explanation! Sounds like the perfect childhood christmas memory.
Love all the detail you put in each stocking, the little lace, the sparkles, the little pearl! And such great patterns! Another fabulous card Deb!!!
I love your Christmas memories Deb, they're so precious, especially when looking back. Money couldn't buy these, that's for sure! Your stocking card is stunning, you used wonderful papers and I just love the sparkles!
This is delightful ... and remembering the oranges and nuts that were stuffed into the stocking too ... we kids always preferred Boxing day ... we got to see our Dad then ...
oh I love the stockings!! Great card! TFS!
Love the stockings Deb. We always had oranges and nuts in ours too. If we were lucky we also got a shiny newly minted coin as well. I continued the tradition with my son until he left home.
