The Weekend is Nearly Here...............

Just a quick post,I've got a busy weekend ahead, tomorrow is our crop,I'm looking forward to that as last month's was cancelled.I hope I get more done than I did at the June crop,I really need to stop talking so much and get on with my scrapping and I forgot my photo's !!!!!.Normally I take loads of stash with me filling my friends boot up but tomorrow I'm only going to take two Pixie Dust Paperie kits with me and the basics, hopefully I won't spend so much time deciding what papers to use.
On the evening we're at our friend Jon's 50th birthday BBQ which will be so much fun and know I will be laughing all night. Here's the card I've made for him.

All supplies are from Stampin'Up,I used chipboard letters and covered them with paper from Love Letters also the grid paper is from the same range which I stamped the postmark and splats onto it from the French Foliage stamp set,I think this stamp set is one of my all time faves.
I'm also making some bunting to put up in my garden,I've got some friends visiting on Tuesday and I'll be serving them afternoon tea,I just hope the weather is ok our English summer is a bit precarious, one day it's been warm and sunny the next day it's chucking it down with rain.
Here's a little look at what I've been doing,I just love that strawberry fabric it's so summery ..............

Thanks for looking,have a good weekend,whatever you're up too.

You've got a lot going on, girl. I think you made a great choice in taking two Pixie kits for the crop. I find they have everything I need.
I love your fabrics, Deb... how pretty. Yes, summery is a perfect description for the strawberry one. I can picture a beautiful garden, table with a bowl of strawberries and whipped cream, tea pot and china... ahhh! Have a fabulous time!
Hugs!
