Jingle Belles 2012 - Card 2........

First of all I would like to say thank you to the guys at Jingle Belles for picking my card as one of their faves last week, I was thrilled. The second prompt from the girls at Jingle Belles is a sketch especially designed by the lovely Kirsty
Here's my take:

I used Basic Grey Blitzen papers and covered the front of the card in Dasher, then cut a strip of Candy Cane punching the edge with the Martha Stewart Zig Zag punch. The sentiment is from Inspired by Stamping Christmas Greetings which I stamped onto white card and die cut out using Nestabilities Labels 1, finishing off with a rosette die cut with the Tim Holtz Mini Paper Rosette. Well that's my second Christmas card finished !!!!!
I hope everybody had a good weekend, I had great fun at the bingo on Friday night, unfortunately I didn't win anything.

On Saturday I popped over to Hobbycraft to see if they had anything new in, I bought a couple of crochet pattern books. The Patons book is very basic but has some gorgeous projects and I love making baby clothes so when I saw this Sirdar book I had to have it, my niece will be getting some new cardigans in the near future.

Thanks for stopping by.

I have to love this because Blitzen is still my all time favourite collection (probably!) but even if I didn't have to, I would anyway! This is just gorgeous and the addition of the rosette is fab. I won't be able to do that myself as it will create too many posting problems but I so wish I could!

You are such a genius when it comes to cards, Deb.
How fun to find new crochet booklets to buy! Whenever I hit the craft store, I go up and down the aisles to look at the booklets.
