Pick A Boo KAL........week 3.

It's week 3 of the Pick A Boo KAL, organised by the lovely Sarah. I haven't had chance for much knitting this week but I have finished the lace section and ready to start the border.

As I mentioned last week about not having enough yarn for all of the extended lace section, after speaking to Bev from Boo Knits, she recommended that I knit to Row 44 then skip to Row 65. I did that and it's worked out perfect.

I've changed my mind about adding the beads to the border, there are a lot of beads and I just wasn't sure I liked so many on there. I think I'd get more wear out of it without the beads but I might add some on the last row.

Check out how everyone else is getting on, over at Crafts from the Cwtch.

oh so beautiful! A work of art.

When my girl was small a lady friend made me a beautiful dress for her almost same colours you have picked.

I admire the hands of a knitter who can make such artful beautiful things look so professional.

What a gift as not everyone can do . I have tried and how I have tried. Mine looked only a squirrel could wear.

So as always I applaud you.

Beautiful so soft looking and oh so comfy to wear it looks.

Be proud. You wear it and take picture of you wearing it.
You hear. Ha,ha

It's looking amazing - I know what you mean about beads - I'm not using any on my Dragonfly Wings because I also think I'll make more use of something without, but they do look lovely!

This is so lovely, I do so love those delicate pinks, not something I've picked out before, despite being a pink girl. This is going to look stunning when it's blocked.

Wow, you have been busy! Your shawl is looking gorgeous! I haven't had time to knit any more of mine, but the summer holidays are here now and I should have more time. Best wishes, Pj x

Me again! Can I ask what length your circular needle is please? I have started my shawl on straight needles, but I need to order longer circular ones. Thank you, Pj x
