Here's my layout using the sketch.I used some Prima papers and distressed them with Distress Inks,if you notice I've tore the edge of the paper and added a piece of lace to just peek out.The border punch is Martha Stewart and the frame is from Tattered Angels sprayed with TA Creme de Rouge,lastly the flower was from Prima.

Great patterns in this paper, and cute pic!! :)
I love the picture. And do I see stitching around the whole thing I love that. Oh and the peek of lace is a really nice touch.
