The sun is still shining here in the U.K., so as I'm in summer mode, I decided to use some bright summery colours.
I cut out a Spellbinder Nestabilitie Scalloped Circle in turquoise card and a circle in white. The hot air balloons from the IBS The Sky's the Limit were stamped onto Cosmo Cricket DeLovely papers and cut out, using foam pads to give some dimension.
I stitched around the edges and tied a large bow, lastly stamping the cloud and sentiment onto white card adding some lime pearls.
Supplies
Stamps- IBS The Sky's the Limit
Papers- Cosmo Cricket Mini Deck DeLovely
Pretties- Seam Binding, Kaiser Lime Pearls
Tools- Spellbinders Nestabilities Scalloped Circle and Circle
Enjoy the rest of the week

What a darling card. I love the wee details like the dainty scallops around the circle, the pearls and the stiched layers. Don't even get me started on your fab use of DP! So so sweet!
Such a lovely card. Your need to show me how to make something as lovely as this at the crop next week. and that bow? Divine!
What a great card, Deb; you know I have some of your work pinned on Pinterest?
I was curious to know what scrapbooking/card supplies you cannot live w/out and that a beginner should own. Maybe you can blog about that one day?
