Inspired by Stamping July Releases.......Hexagons.

Good morning, I hope you've been enjoying this month's new releases, this is the last one for this month and it's called Hexagons.

I think everybody loves the hexagon trend that's going on at the moment!!!! I've gone with a masculine card but by changing the colours, it would work for a feminine card.

These hexagons fit into my embossing folder perfectly, so I stamped some of the hexagons directly onto the card and some onto patterned paper and cut out. I stamped one of the frames and sentiments from Fancy Frames 18 and Big Wishes II.

Inspired by Stamping July Releases.........Everyday Tabs.

I hope you've been enjoying this month's new releases from Inspired by Stamping, I'm back today with Everyday Tabs.

When I first saw this set, I knew I wanted to do a pocket card so I could use the tabs to pull out, whatever is in the pocket.

I stamped a sentiment for my pocket card using Let's Celebrate from the Big Wish set which I thought was appropriate for an 18th birthday card. I also stamped the fancy brackets from Fancy Tags.

My daughter will be 18 in a couple of weeks and my sister asked if I would make a card for her to send. I think this has worked really well for an 18th, it's just that little bit more special with the pocket and hidden sentiment.

Inspired by Stamping July Realeases........Octagons and Arrows.

It's the second day of Inspired by Stamping July Releases, the two sets I'm using today are Octagons and Arrows. All you scrapbookers and project life people, will love these sets.

I had some photo's of Paige and Mick in the Alice in Wonderland maze at Disneyland Paris so thought these would work great on a LO using these photo's.

I didn't use many embellishments, apart from a few buttons, I just went to town on stamping lots of arrows and octagons, though. I love how the sentiments from the Arrow set, fit nicely onto the arrows.

Inspired by Stamping July Releases......Happy Occasions and Happy Occasion Sentiments.

Good morning, I'm here to show you the first of the Inspired by Stamping, July releases. We are kicking off with the Happy Occasions and Happy Occasion Sentiments which have been designed to work perfectly together.

First of all though, we have a new designer that has joined our team, this is her first release, so if you could pop over and say hello to Rose Miller, she would really appreciate it.

I love the Happy Occasions, I will use this time and time again, The Happy is a separate stamp then you have lots of different sentiments to add to it, great idea!!!!

I stamped the sentiment onto a journalling card and to the corner, added some IBS Flowers and a bow at the top using some seam binding.

Inspired by Stamping June Releases.....French Country.

Good morning, I hope you've all been having a good weekend. I'm back today with my last project from this month's Inspired by Stamping June releases. This is another French inspired set called French Country. I absolutely adore all things French and have loved creating with this month's releases.

I haven't made an Easel card in a long time so I decided to make one for my last project using the French Country set.

I started off by stamping the chicken wire from the French Backgrounds onto the front of the card, then adhered a jumbo tag. I stamped the cockerel onto a book page, layering it onto some hessian and some ephemera from my stash.

I stamped the sunflower twice onto some patterned paper, cutting some of the petals from the second image, using foam pad, I lined it up and put it on the full sunflower image.

I covered the bottom card with pattern paper and some IBS Crochet Trim, stamping the sentiment from Big Notes in French II. I used two layers of foam pads to lift it, so the Easel card doesn't fall flat.

I'm often asked where I write on an Easel card, I stamped a sentiment from Birthday Greetings, just on the back, where there is also room to write who it's from.

Inspired by Stamping June Releases.........French Backgrounds and Big Notes in French II.

I hope you are enjoying this month's new releases from Inspired by Stamping, I'm back today with a very French vibe. I've using two new sets today, both are French inspired, the one is called French Backgrounds and the other is Big Notes in French II.

I stamped the Fleur de Lys background stamp onto plain white paper, distressing the edges in Antique Linen and stamping over the top " Joyeux Anniversarie" from Big Notes in French II.
I stamped a white tag with the Eiffel Tower from the Paris set, it is actually the small image that is part of the clock. I just inked up the tower. I also used the floral leaf stamp from Flowers Bloom, finishing off with some Inspired by Stamping Flowers.

Inspired by Stamping June Releases........Summer Postcards.

Good morning, I'm back today to show you the first of the new Inspired by Stamping releases for June. I'm kicking off with Summer Postcards, it works perfectly with the Vintage Postcard or as a stand alone set.

It's Fathers Day on the 16th June so I wanted to use this set for a masculine card. I stamped three of the ocean themed stamps and cut them out. I added a bit of colour to the Lighthouse with some fine-liner pens, I then stamped "Postcard" from the Vintage Postcards set, onto some lined paper, layering the stamps and over stamping with the ocean themed postmarks, creating a collaged effect. Lastly, I stamped "dad" using the Fancy Alphabet.

Inspired by Stamping May Releases.......Background Basics III, French Notes.

I hope you are enjoying the new releases, this month from Inspired by Stamping, I'm back today with another background set called Background Basics III and also French Notes.

My husband and I have been married for 25 years in July so thought I'd do a LO of the two of us on our wedding day using the sentiment 'Bisous' from French Notes. I stamped it onto one of the frames from Fancy Labels 18.

I stamped the music background onto some paper to make my own background paper. Again, this background set is so easy to line up to make a continuous pattern. I tore the music sheet slightly at the top and added some flowers and lace.

Inspired by Stamping May Release......Background Basics II, Big Hope

It's the second day of May's new releases, today I've been using the Background Basics II and Big Hopes which have some wonderful sayings. I especially love this one I used.

I altered a shadow box covering it in patterned paper and Washi Tape along the front edge. I stamped the chevron background in three different colours. The stamps are very easy to line up to keep the continuous pattern.

I stamped one of the Fancy Label 18 frames and stamped my sentiment, attaching with foam pads to give dimension, finishing off with the beautiful bird embellishment.

Inspired by Stamping New Releases........Washi Tape and Big Notes.

This is my last project for this month's release from Inspired by Stamping, I'm using Washi Tape and Big Notes. I love that Joanna has designed a washi tape set !!!! Imagine been able to stamp whatever colour washi tape you fancy.

There are 10 different patterns to choose but once again the chevron is my favourite, I've obviously got a thing for chevrons at the minute.

I've made a simple unisex baby card using the sentiment from Big Notes and stamping two of the washi tapes adding a couple of buttons and a 'baby' charm.

Inspired by Stamping New Releases.......Whimsical Banners.

I'm back today with another Inspired by Stamping new release, this set I'm using is Whimsical Banners. I love this set, it's perfect for cardmaking, scrapbooking and altered art with 10 different banners to chose from and great patterns, including the chevron, which is my favourite.

I haven't made a LO for so long so I wanted to use this set for that purpose. I got the paints out for this and painted some of the spotty paper in pink then got my chicken wire mask and added that in white paint.

I used some IBS Flowers and altered some of them too with acrylic paint and did lots of layering, cutting out little images from the papers. I stamped a selection of the banners onto different pattern papers, in a variety of coloured inks and strung them along the photo using twine.

Inspired by Stamping New Releases........Creative Tags.

Hello, I'm back today with another new release from Inspired by Stamping, I've used Creative Tags for this card.

It's such a versatile set with five different tags and loads of sentiments.

I couldn't decide which tag to use but eventually went with the traditional shaped tag with the text to go with the shabby feel of my card.

Inspired by Stamping April Releases.........Fancy Frame.

It's the first day of Inspired by Stamping April releases and I'm kicking off with the Single Fancy Frame. This frame is a great size, it fits quite a large sentiment.

I decided to make a wedding card, using this set.I stamped the frame in a pretty shell pink and stamped the large 'Congratulations' sentiment from the Heartfelt Greetings set inside the frame. I added a cluster of flowers, a sheer bow and a pretty heart shape button, that I found in my stash.

Inspired by Stamping New Releases.....Mason Jars Add-On III

Here's my last creation for the Inspired by Stamping March release, and what a great set, this one is the Mason Jar Add-On III, this set has 10 spring type images and sentiments, it works perfectly with the Mason Jar set.

I stamped the jar from the Mason Jar stamp set onto pattern paper and cut out, I stamped the "Filled with Love" sentiment from the Add-On III set and punched some hearts. I attached some IBS Lace and an IBS Flower.

Inspired by Stamping New Releases......Princess and Fancy Circles

Hello, I'm back today with two more stamp sets from this month's Inspired by Stamping releases. First off, is the Princess set, perfect for all your little Princesses, this is a 4x8 stamp set with a total of 14 different stamps.

I picked up this cute, pink frame from the Pound store and created this framed picture for my little niece, who will be moving out of Mommy and Daddy's room for the first time, sharing with her big sister. Hopefully with pretty, new things for her bedroom the transition will go smoothly for my sister.

I cut a piece of fairy pattern paper to size to fit in the aperture, then stamped the Fairytale Castle onto some pink spotty paper. I then stamped it again on various different pieces of pattern paper, cutting out the turrets and hearts, paper piecing them onto the stamped castle, then adding some rhinestones and stamping "Beautiful Princess".

The next set I'm using is the Fancy Circle set, with 9 different circles and sentiment stamps.

This is a quick and simple creation, I cut a square of pattern paper to cover the front of the card, I took some kraft card and used a border punch on both edges. I took some spotty paper and layered onto the kraft, then cut a double pointed banner.

I stamped one of the fancy circles and sentiments and with a circle die,cut out the circle and mat it onto a die-cut oval, adding some Inspired by Stamping flowers.

Inspired by Stamping March Releases.......Beautiful Iris.

It's the start of the Inspired by Stamping March releases and I'm kicking off with the Beautiful Iris set. I love this set, it's perfect for my preferred style of vintage/shabby chic.

I started off by stitching around the pattern paper and adhering to the card, I then took a piece of white card and with Pan Pastels, added various shades of green and lilac, stamping the Iris and Friend in grey ink.

I made a frame using glitter card and dies, layering onto patterned paper and kraft card, lastly die-cutting some tiny butterflies. I think this is my favourite card I've created using this months release.

This Inspired by Stamping beautiful 4x4 stamp set has the gorgeous Iris image and five sentiments, available to purchase from the 10th March.

IBS Release Day.........Blog Hop and IBSIC #41

Hi, I'm back today with three of the new releases from Inspired by Stamping, including this week's Inspired by Stamping Inspiration Challenge.

The first set I'm going to show you is Crafty Organization, I'm so excited about this stamp set. It is what every crafter needs, and as it's the New Year and if you are anything like me, you will be thinking about de-cluttering and organizing your stash, you will want to create labels for everything !!!!!

I've already made a start and have bought these Kilner Jars with removable centres, the circle stamp fits perfectly inside the removable lid. I've filled them with all my favourite products IBS Flowers, washi tape and buttons.I also used IBS Gingham Washi Tape around the edge, covering the gold rim.
Another Kilner Jar creation is this Pincushion Sewing Jar, I've made as a gift.

I stamped the label and and cut out using the new Fancy Label Die, the 'Stitched with Love' sentiment was from the Cross Stitch stamp set. I then filled the jar with threads, needles, ribbon and buttons.

Supplies
Stamps- Crafty Organization, Cross Stitch.
Pretties- Gingham Washi Tape, twine, heart charm, SU brad, fabric.
Other- Fancy Label Die 1.

Next up is Small Fancy Labels 1.

I've made a little card to give with the Sewing Jar.

I stamped the frame and added the sentiment 'A Gift for You', a quick little gift card.

Supplies
Stamps- Small Fancy Labels .
Papers- Prima Songbird.
Other- Fancy Label Die 1, MS Lace Scallop Punch, buttons, twine.

Last but not least is also my card created for this week's IBS Inspiration Challenge. I used the Flowers Bloom set.

Here's my card using these gorgeous colours.

I wanted to create lots of ruffles like the inspiration photo, so added layers of pleated fabric and lace. I stamped the frame and sentiment cutting out with the die and then using the next size up, die cut some paper to frame the stamped frame.

Other- Fancy Label Die 1, MS Heart Border Punch.
