The Shabby Tea Room Week#20

Last night my friend asked if I could make her a Christening card for Sunday, when I was half way through making it I realised it was suitable for this week's challenge at The Shabby Tea Room. The challenge is called 1,2,3 which is ONE ribbon,TWO buttons and THREE punches/diecuts.

When I was looking for suitable papers I found a Me & My Big Ideas Vintage Shabby Chic paper pad which I'd forgotton that I'd got.The papers are gorgeous and you'll be seeing a lot more of them now I've rediscovered it,lol.
I cut out a large Nestie circle for the baby carriage and cut a quarter away to form the pram shape,I used a Martha Stewart punch to get the frilly edge on the hood.I added TWO Jenni Bowlin vintage buttons for the wheels and some lace to look like a vintage blanket. The other two diecuts are the scalloped square and straight square also cut from Nesties which makes THREE diecuts,I added a Websters Pages Vintage Sparkler to the ONE ribbon.

Ooooooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhh my word, Deb! I think this is one of my favorites to date of your shabby and vintage designs! I absolutely love the soft colors and how clever of you to create a pram from a cirle nestie! Lovely vintage trim and wonderful WP sparkler! Well done, girlie!! Thanks for sharing with us in the Tea Room :)

How beautiful this is! I love, love the soft colors and those papers, and your baby buggy is gorgeous. Love how you used the scalloped punch for the hood and the pearls for the handle. The big bow is fabulous too. I am such a fun of the Webster's vintage sparklers. Thanks for sharing this with us at TSTR.
