City Crafter Challenge Blog - Week #45....

This week Linda is the host at City Crafter Challenge Blog and she's chose a really scary challenge called 'Nothing to It', that means NO embellishments what so ever and all one dimensional, arrggh. After the intial shock I decided what I was going to do and I have to say I am really pleased with the card and quite enjoyed not having to think what embellishments to use. So thank you Linda for making me do something I wouldn't normally do.

The text and butterfly stamp are from the new Tim Holtz stamps called Papilion,I cut a mask with the butterflies, placed it in the centre of some cream card then in SU So Saffron ink stamped the text stamp over the mask leaving a blank space to stamp my butterflies in Baja Breeze ink. I pricked some holes down both sides and distressed the edges using Crumb Cake ink. The Baja Breeze dotty paper is from the SU paper stack also distressed with Crumb Cake. The sentiment and frame is SU Vintage Labels punched out using the oval and scalloped oval and flat taped onto the butterfly image.

Enjoy your Sunday.
