A Wet Bank Holiday Weekend......

Hello everyone, I hope you've all had a good May Day holiday weekend, even though it's been a cold, wet weekend here, it's still been a good one.
On Saturday I went to Bromsgrove Crop, it was a quiet one with only 12 of us but it was still good fun and because it was so small we could all natter together. My card class went down well and as it was National Scrapbooking Day I arranged some challenges. Everyone who finished a challenge got a raffle ticket and was entered into a draw for a prize at the end of the day. Libby won, I think she managed to do nearly every one !!!!
I only managed to do two of them, the first one was a sketch, a few of us are cardmakers and some are scrapbookers so I catered for both. I used this sketch from Cardabilities.

Here's my card.

Supplies
Stamps- IBS Birthday Wishes, Beautiful Ovals.
Papers- Pink Paislee Sweetness
Pretties- tulle, seam binding, Jenni Bowlin button
The other challenge I finished was a colour challenge using three or more of the colours from  this gorgeous photo card from Photo Card Boutique.

This is a very quick card to make, I used the new Prima Songbird papers and all it needed was the sweet little bird cage from IBS Sweet Aviary and a bit of stitching.
Today we have been to Bicester Outlet Village in Oxfordshire, Paige and I love shopping there, you can pick up some great bargains.

One last thing I want to share with you from last week, that will make you smile Paige and I love watching T.O.W.I.E. a reality tv show about the lives of some great characters from Essex who love their spray tans and hair extensions. Anyway, my friend asked if I would have some nail extensions and a spray tan done by her new apprentice. When I got home, Paige thought it would be a good idea to put her hair extensions in my hair to get the full Essex experience. We had such a laugh while we were playing dress up and our little photo shoot.

So what do you think of my new look !!!!!! It didn't last long though, I'm back to my old self now but it was fun while it lasted.
Thanks for letting me share my weekend, have a good week.
